Ideal for a flavorful cup of Plain tea. Also, good for milk tea, but may need more tea leaves.

Due to its exceptional taste, flavor, aroma, and texture, Ceylon Tea has been recognized as the finest of teas since the late 1800s. Ceylon teas are very popular in the tea market but can be relatively expensive.

Sri Lanka, Ceylon has diverse climate conditions that have given rise to a wide range of teas. They are unique to each other in taste and character. Among these diverse climatic conditions are the Dimbula, Uva, Nuwara Eliya, Uda Pussellawa, Kandy, and Ruhuna Agro-climatic districts.

Sabaragamuwa is located between Sinharaja in the south and Adam's Peak wilderness in the north., and produces a fast-growing bush with a long leaf. Its liquor is similar to the Ruhuna teas, dark yellow-brown with a reddish tint. However, its aroma is noticeably different from the Ruhuna products, with a hint of sweet caramel, not quite as strong with exceptionally stylish.
